The Alamance Caswell Local Management Entity is dedicated to a process of Continuous Quality Management and has developed a Quality Management Program that strives to improve the care provided to individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse diagnosis. It is our goal to accomplish this by providing the most appropriate, high quality oversight, monitoring and technical assistance to community-based services in a manner that is responsive, cost effective, and structured to meet the unique needs of the individual.
