Provider Capacity Assessment Report
In addition to monitoring provider compliance with DMH/DD/SAS Rules and contractual requirements, the LME is responsible for assessing community capacity to ensure the availability of a continuum of services for individuals with mental health, developmental disability, and substance abuse needs in Alamance, Caswell, and Rockingham counties. To assist in these processes the LME requires providers to submit a Provider Capacity Assessment Report as part of assessment. Failure of a provider to complete and submit as required may result in the withholding of payments and/or referrals.

Incident & Death Reporting
Providers are required by NC Administrative Code and contract to report all Level II or Level III incidents to the LME within 72 hours of the incidents. The Alamance Caswell Rockingham Local Management Entity requires Level I incidents to be reported to the QI Department on a quarterly basis.
