Incident & Death Reporting
Providers are required by NC Administrative Code and contract to report all Level II or Level III incidents to the LME within 72 hours of the incidents. The Alamance Caswell Local Management Entity requires Level I incidents to be reported to the QI Department on a quarterly basis.
