Human Rights
The LME is required to oversee, monitor, and provide technical assistance/training to each provider in the area of Human Rights and provider’s Human Rights Committees. Each provider agency is required to ensure the protection of Human Rights and is responsible for the following:

  • Developing Policies and Procedures to meet the requirements of the Division of MH/DD/SA Client Right’s Rules, as well as all other applicable rules and statutes.
